2025 Spring Break Safari Camp Scholarship Application

2025 SPRING BREAK SAFARI CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Please read the information below carefully and acknowledge at the bottom of the page when complete.

CRITERIA:

• Camper must be a current resident of Metro Atlanta (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties, and the city of Atlanta)

• Camper must and receive free or reduced lunch.

• Camper must be between the ages of 5 – 11 years old

• Guardian of camper must agree to provide transportation to and from Camp daily during the week of Camp.

• If awarded, a $25 non-refundable fee made payable via credit card will be due at time of registration.

Please submit the required documentation via email to: education@zooatlanta.org with subject line: “2025 Spring Break Camp Scholarship Submission” OR via mail to: Zoo Atlanta Education Department; 800 Cherokee Avenue, S.E.; Atlanta, GA 30315.

1. Proof of residency in Metro Atlanta (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties, and the city of Atlanta)

2. Proof your camper receives free or reduced lunch.

3. Letter of need from the guardian, describing why your camper would benefit from attending camp

4. Letter of interest from your camper

*I acknowledge the criteria above and will submit all required documentation to Zoo Atlanta Education Department.
